  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, FreshDropps may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

FreshDropps cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
